What are some ways to spread kindness without the recipient knowing whose responsible? Well, here are a few ideas: pay for the person’s coffee behind you in the drive-thru line, pick up a fallen trash can on your neighborhood walk, leave an encouraging note on a mailbox of a neighbor going through a tough time, send an encouraging postcard without leaving your name. There are truly a bazillion ways to be a kindness ninja. The neat reality is that when we begin these practices our minds begin to get stimulated in generating ways to be kind without detection.
